Spread across four cities, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, and Pune, the 700+ people in ThoughtWorks India are as diverse in personality as we are in our backgrounds, culture, and expertise. We’re a passionate bunch of technologists, eager to make our community better inside and outside of regular working hours. The passion for OSS is strong here, and Indian ThoughtWorkers have written a number of open source projects like White , Selenium , and Frankenstein

When we’re not amazing our clients, our pranks (usually on management) and skits (at our yearly company get-together, the Away Day) have become famous throughout ThoughtWorks. This is undiluted ThoughtWorks at its very best with all of the open spaces, story walls and free lunches that you can imagine. Oh yes, and a whole lot less hierarchy, politics and cubicles than you might be used to.
