Why did you join ThoughtWorks?

At the time I applied for ThoughtWorks I was quite suspicious or corporate life, but decided to come for the interview process to give it a try. From interview #1, every person I met made me a bit more curious about this place and inspired me somehow... Not sure if it was the 'manager' on flip-flops or having interviews at the kitchen, but at the end of the process, I just could not resist!

What did you learn in your first year?

You can build an amazingly successful organization without having profits as your main drive. Humanity comes first.
