No two days are the same as the Recruitment Manager for ThoughtWorks Australia. Speaking with candidates, stalking potential candidates, coffee'ing with candidates, working with ThoughtWorkers to collaboratively recruit new talent into the team. Global projects and virtually 'meeting' my team mates from Brazil, Europe, China, India and the America's. Attending industry events and rubbing shoulders with (and recruit) the best and brightest. Yep, being a recruiter at ThoughtWorks rocks!
What's your favourite ThoughtWorks moment?
Relocating back home to Australia from ThoughtWorks London, and discovering that my colleagues are just as awesome this side of the world!
