Where has your ThoughtWorks journey taken you?
I have got interesting experiences over last 4 years in TW. Started with our studios products division, by testing and building the testing tool. Moved to services department, leading the testing effort for world's largest distributed team. Moved to china, for developing the testing community and consulting/coaching on agile testing practices. After spending some time on training and consulting, moved to Gurgaon, to be part of the new office setup. These days I am spending time on project management and testing practices in our new office setup.
What has been your favourite moment at ThoughtWorks so far?
In one of the community events conducted by Thoughtworks, a group of people came to us and said " You guys are doing a great job of building the testing community and sharing your experiences to benefit community outside ThoughtWorks. Please keep up this work and continue to support these events". Yes, ThoughtWorks is one of the very few companies which supports community development by involving people from different companies.

Agile testing evangelist with 10+ years of experience in development of large-scale distributed applications. Have played roles like developer, BA, tester and project manager. I am highly involved in the agile testing community; consulting with companies on agile practices, testing services, test automation design patterns, testing techniques,and development methodologies.
