Whatever it is, it’s made ThoughtWorks UK a trailblazer – not just in technologies like Scala and Clojure, but also in pioneering practices and doing amazing social impact work.

When you walk into our offices you might recognize someone. Our technical folks are active in a number of communities - although if it is not someone you have seen talking at a conference, it may be one of our resident acting troupe. Lots of us take to the stage in the evenings. Others teach yoga. Do triathlons. DJ.

There’s a definite trend for ThoughtWorkers coming back to our UK offices too. They can’t stay away for long it seems ... maybe they just get hungry, maybe they miss us.
